Mean Green Smoothie

Smoothies are a great way to get the nutrients you need on the go!!!  It is quick and easy to pre-chop and blend as you need - perfect for the Mom or Dad on the go or anyone that wants a quick and easy prep breakfast.

6 Kale leaves, 1 cucumber, 4 celery stalks, 2 green apples, 1/2 lemon and 1 piece of ginger.
