4 cloves garlic
1/2 onion
2 cups cauliflower
2 cups broccoli
1 cup uncooked brown rice
1 cup miso soup mix (just add water to packet)
Cook brown rice
Steam vegetables
Mix brown rice with steamed vegetables together
Add miso soup
For extra flavor add gluten free soy sauce or Bragg's liquid Aminos
