Cauliflower Pizza Crust - Healthy Gluten Free Alternative

Cauliflower pizza crust 

2 cups cauliflower 
1 egg
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon salt 

Put 2 cups cauliflower in blender and blend to a rice consistency. They can also be mashed if a blender is not available.

Add all ingredients together.
Press into a greased pizza pan.
Sprinkle with spices if desired.

Bake at 450 for 15-18 minutes.

Add desired pizza toppings.

Bake again at 450 until pizza toppings are brown and cheese is bubbly.
